Letter to Ministry of Labor/ Company Affairs


Sub: Complaint in Interest of All Employees working round the clock for the Nation.(PIL)
Dear Sir,
In the interest of all working people (PIL), I want to inform you about the atrocities of the employers. I guess there should be law in favor of employee; if there is any then there should be strict majors to implement it. Following are the list of atrocities of the employer’s that should be taken care with immediate effect:
1)  No fix date of dispatch of salary:
All small and big companies are not issuing/paying salary till 15th of the month. If they are paying/issuing it is not on banking working days [They mostly pay’s by cheque on weekends and looking on Bank Holidays (It takes there working days to clear bank cheques)]. So by the end of 20th of every month is getting employees their hard earn salary in hand .But the normal expense of any human being starts from day one of every month. This is how the employer is minting Bank Interest on employees hard earn money.
** There should be law to dispatch salary within first week of every month. As common man suffer s a lot from this rules.
2)    Extended Working Hours :
Most of the companies force employee to work more than 8-9 hrs per day .No matter what the employee contribution to employer
** Should be fix 8-9 per day working hours.
3)    Individual Rules:
If labor policy and law is uniform all over India. Why the company’s /organizations are violating the India’s Labor /Company Law? And not implementing it.
** There should be strict guidelines and adherence to Govt. Laws & Rules.
4)    Working Women Harassments:
 All above atrocities are major in case of working women’s.
